Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Aquatic Operations Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of Lakeside Leisure Centre. The successful candidate will have a strong background in aquatics and experience in managing teams, ensuring safety, and delivering high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of Duty Managers and Lifeguards to ensure seamless operations.
  • Lead by example and inspire others to maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Develop and implement plans to prevent hazards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Oversee plant room management, Lifeguard deployment, maintenance, and safety requirements.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a proven ability to motivate and engage teams.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines.
  • Sound knowledge of pool operations and plant room management.
  • Certified Pool Lifeguard and current First Aid (Level 2) certification.
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia and willing to obtain necessary certifications.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum + benefits.
