We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at Logicalis Australia Pty Ltd.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to drive sales growth, nurture customer relationships, and shape the future of our business. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and collaborating closely with our pre-sales engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Relationships: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our pre-sales engineering teams to understand customer requirements and turn them into solutions within our go-to-market portfolio.
  • Market Insights: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to provide insights and contribute to product development strategies.

Requirements

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-Oriented: Be a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience: 10+ years selling complex IT solutions, ideally in the integrator space.
