About the Role:

As a Clinical Rater, you will be responsible for evaluating applicant responses to our online selection tool. Your expertise and analytical approach will play a critical role in shaping the admissions process.

The Casper Test Overview:

The Casper test is a cutting-edge assessment tool designed to evaluate non-academic attributes or people skills through 12 series of open-ended questions rated by human experts like you.

Your Responsibilities:

Read and compare applicant responses, apply your training to assess their suitability, and provide constructive feedback to improve our tests and platforms.

Requirements:

You should possess an empathetic and analytical mindset, be comfortable with technology, have a curious and detail-oriented approach, and align with our mission and values.

Benefits:

This is a flexible contractor position offering periodic opportunities to participate in rating studies, paying $0.65 per rating, potentially earning up to $20-25/hour when work is available.
