About This Role

Main Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate psychology interventions to support teams and individuals within a district setting.
Apply in-depth knowledge of psychological theory to organisational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, productivity, safety, and well-being.
Create targeted measures to assess organisational effectiveness, including job analysis, recruitment and selection, worker motivation, work performance, health and wellbeing, and career development.
Key Requirements
A postgraduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters or Doctorate or PhD) that meets the criteria for full membership of a leading professional society with current registration with a relevant regulatory agency.
Demonstrated understanding of psychological theory as it pertains to organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction, productivity, safety, and well-being.
Proficiency in using multi-source and multi-rater assessments to determine organisational effectiveness.
