Job Overview

Clinical psychologists play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. This position involves conducting psychological assessments, developing treatment plans and implementing interventions to promote mental well-being.


About the Role

This clinical psychologist will lead the development, implementation and evaluation of psychology interventions that support high-functioning teams and individuals. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based treatments and programs.


Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement psychology interventions to drive organisational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, productivity, safety and well-being.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individuals and groups.
  • Work closely with healthcare professionals to design and implement evidence-based treatments and programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychology interventions and make recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Candidate
  • A postgraduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters, Doctorate or PhD) that provides eligibility for full membership of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  • Strong understanding of psychological theory as it pertains to organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction, productivity, safety and well-being.
  • Proficiency in using multi-source and multi-rater assessments relevant to determining organisational effectiveness; competence in using targeted validated measures, including job analysis, recruitment and selection, worker motivation, work performance, health and well-being, and career development.
