About The Job
The Clinical Psychologist will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of psychology interventions that support high functioning teams and individuals across the District.
This position requires a deep understanding of psychological theory and its application in organisational settings.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in multi-source and multi-rater assessments, as well as competence in using targeted validated measures.
Ideal Candidate
- Must hold a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology (Masters or Doctorate) with current registration to practice as a psychologist.
- Demonstrated understanding of psychological theory and its application in organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Competence in the use of multi-source and multi-rater assessments relevant to determining organisational effectiveness.
