Job Title: Centre Director

This role presents an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Centre Director.

We are seeking a highly skilled leader who will be responsible for the overall management of our 90-place childcare centre. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to motivate and inspire staff, and a proven track record of achieving high standards in quality care and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Centre Operations: Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and support Educators and Teachers through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.
  • Program Development: Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities for children's holistic development.
  • Safety and Compliance: Prioritise children's safety and well-being, adhering to policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • Acecccqa approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including leadership experience.
  • A current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
