As a senior systems infrastructure engineer, you will apply structured engineering principles to improve water and wastewater infrastructure design, integration, and operation. This role ensures efficient project delivery, optimizes system performance, and drives continuous improvement in operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Implement systems thinking methodologies to optimize project design, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Develop and refine process engineering approaches to enhance project execution, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.
- Identify and implement strategies to embed systems engineering processes in the project lifecycle and support team adoption of these practices.
- Utilize data analytics and system modeling tools to inform design decisions, optimize asset performance, and improve operational efficiencies.
- Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, or related field, with relevant project experience.
- Demonstrated experience in applying systems engineering principles to complex infrastructure or utility projects.
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
