This role presents an exceptional opportunity to become part of a dynamic team, responsible for facilitating the processing of medico-legal requests across various categories with minimal supervision.
Core Responsibilities- Utilize established principles and techniques to process complex medico-legal requests in a timely manner.
- Catalyze efficient workflow by coordinating administrative systems and prioritizing tasks to optimize office productivity in accordance with LHD standards.
- Provide accurate information and offer guidance on enquiries while maintaining confidentiality and providing excellent customer service.
- Contribute to achieving team goals and KPIs through effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

- Sound understanding of Health Information Services (HIS) administrative functions and desirably, experience in medico-legal matters.
