**The Role**

We're currently looking for a Medico-Legal Clerk to facilitate the timely release of clinical information to legal agencies, health providers and eligible applicants whilst ensuring compliance with the _Health Records Information and Privacy Act 2002_ and the _Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998_ and all Ministry of Health Circulars and Policies. This position also participates in the invoicing of clients and contributing to the collection of statistics.
