Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage operations in our Casino Bars, including Spin Café, Sports Bar, and our Premium Gaming Rooms.
- Ensure high-quality service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Manage stock, inventory, and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, including varying restaurant or bistro service periods.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Knowledge of barista-made coffee, cocktails, beer, and wines is highly advantageous.
- Experience with stock management and inventory control.
- Up-to-date knowledge of TAB and Keno services, processes, and legislation, along with previous experience operating high-volume TAB and Keno operations.
- Current qualifications including Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement of Attainment, Responsible Management of Licensed Venue Certificate, and Liquor Approved Manager License or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with premium guests.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications related to food and beverage operations.
- Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
