Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Shipping Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication with trade partners and maintaining visibility over stock movements.

The successful candidate will serve as a point of contact for vendors and shipping providers, providing regular compliance communication and driving efficiencies in inbound activities.

  • Manage and execute stock orders accurately and timely.
  • Provide smooth volume and drive efficiencies in inbound activities.
  • Deliver timely reporting that evaluates and drives action.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid administration background, intermediate Excel experience, excellent high-level communication skills, and a willingness to learn. On-the-job training is provided in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

The role requires you to ensure accuracy and timeliness in managing, updating, and executing stock orders. You will also provide regular compliance communication, smooth volume, and drive efficiencies in inbound activities. Additionally, you will deliver timely reporting that evaluates and drives action for planned reporting.
