After a successful deployment of phase one of the business transformation, our client is poised to accelerate its advanced data and analytics functions to improve a more data-led customer experience. This lead role will see your business unit create an environment that will improve customer interaction and the ability to access better care and services from the platform in this renowned Australian organisation to improve the lives and wellbeing of individuals who are members.

Work with a team to drive new MVP and platform build, and create a landscape that is designed for scale and advancement.

**Key Requirements**
- Create an environment of learning, collaboration and exceptional delivery from your cohesive team
- Data Pipeline build, enhancement and automation project delivery in DW space
- Automation of the dev solution for cross-business use
- Data prep for AI & ML programs
- Statistical analysis of data disparities
- Work with the solution architecture team and other key tech teams to build this new data environment
- Solve data cleansing, QA and security problems
- Exceptional analysis and problem-solving ability to unearth issues across data cleansing, quality and security
- Lead your team of Automation Engineers to achieve a level of mastery in the space through training, mentoring and encouraging excellence
- Identify areas of improvement, innovation and advancement with the MVP and products deployed
- Design & innovate an advanced data and analytics environment that will improve business outcomes aligned to the strategic roadmap

**Key skills & Tech Background Required**
- Tertiary Education in Tech with an Engineering & Stats focus
- Skill & experience in AI or ML, from enterprise level desirable
- Tech Stack: AWS, Snowflake, EC2, EMR, Aurora, Talend, S3 required
- Skills in Python & LM frameworks
- DW expertise, design and best practice concepts ideation
- Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL procedures
- Data modelling & value experience
- FinOps experience to minimise cost waste with platforms like AWS & Snowflake
- BI & Data Analytics knowledge
- Team leadership ability, performance management and resource planning
- Exceptional requirements gathering and documentation across data mapping and reporting
- Working in squad formation & agile
- Design data reconciliation & metadata frameworks
