  1. Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
  2. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed customer objectives
  3. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  4. Identify new business opportunities and opportunities to expand existing relationships
  5. Provide regular updates and reports on account performance
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions
  7. Represent us at key customer meetings and industry events
