Insurance Risk Manager

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Insurance Risk Manager. This position requires an individual with expertise in insurance management and risk analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading annual renewals of personnel and commercial insurance policies, managing and coordinating all insurance claims, providing strategic and operational insurance advice, maintaining strong relationships with brokers and external partners, supporting insurance budget planning and compliance across the region, and ensuring all insurance-related activities align with internal standards and industry best practices.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance or risk management within the oil & gas, marine, or offshore industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Legal Studies, Finance, Risk Management, or related fields
  • A strong understanding of the Asia Pacific regulatory environment and operational offshore activities
  • Confident in taking ownership of insurance portfolios and driving compliance
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
