Food and Beverage Supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless guest experiences at Sea World Resort. This is a full-time position that involves supervising a team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring shift changes, sick leave, and annual leave to ensure adequate team member coverage
  • Conducting regular team meetings to create a positive and motivating work environment
  • Training and developing Food and Beverage Attendants and Captains, as well as conducting performance management sessions
  • Working alongside other Food and Beverage Supervisors and being willing to adapt to assist in all outlets as required

Requirements for this role include:

  • Previous food and beverage supervisory experience is essential
  • Previous Barista and Bartending experience is desirable
  • Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is essential
  • Responsible Management of a Licensed Venue (RMLV) certificates are desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team is required
  • A positive and proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure is necessary
  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills are required
  • Excellent grooming standards, professionalism, and reliability are expected
  • The ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends, days, and evenings, is required
