Customer Experience Manager

About the Position:

This is a unique opportunity to lead our customer service team, overseeing the exceptional customer experience at SkyPoint. As a key player in our business, you will drive change, influence direction, and be responsible for daily operations.

Daily Operations:

  • Ensure an exceptional level of service and efficiency is delivered, maintaining high standards of product quality and presentation.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach various roles to foster a passionate team of professionals and inspire future leaders.
  • Develop and oversee sales targets and upsell initiatives.
  • Monitor and develop systems to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, legislation, and company policies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow and improve our business.
  • Work with the Venue Staffing and Scheduler to ensure appropriate staffing levels within budget.
  • Recruit and hire new team members.
  • Oversee venue preparation and maintenance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience in a similar environment.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding customer service experience and instilling a positive service culture.
  • Experience with safety systems, including procedure adherence and risk management.
  • Previous experience working to financial goals and driving sales through sales-based initiatives.
  • A proven ability to work across multiple disciplines.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution skills.
  • Display attention to detail and be highly organized.
  • Experience working with database systems and competent cash handling abilities.
