Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at RSM. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Business Advisory division, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and manage supporting documentation.
- Sort, record, and deliver mail, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Maintain the archiving system, retrieving and destroying files as required.
- Perform general administration duties, including scanning, filing, and maintaining registers.
- Answer telephones, check voicemail messages, and handle deliveries.
- Assist with travel arrangements, marketing activities, and data entry duties.
Requirements:
- Completion of Year 12.
- 12-18 months of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
