Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our Business Advisory division. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and manage supporting documentation, room bookings, and invitations.
  • Sort, record, and deliver mail to the team.
  • Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed daily.
  • Maintain the archiving system, retrieve, and destroy files as required.
  • Perform general administration duties, including scanning, filing documents, maintaining registers, and office reception duties.
  • Answer telephones and check voicemail messages.
  • Manage deliveries for the office as required.
  • Assist with travel arrangements.
  • Support marketing activities for the division.
  • Process new client applications.
  • Assist with data entry duties, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording.

Requirements:

  • Essential:
    • Completion of Year 12.
  • Desirable:
    • Certificate in Business Administration.

Attributes:

  • Essential:
    • 12-18 months of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
