Return to Employment Specialist

As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals return to meaningful employment and facilitating clients' journeys as they navigate their way back to work and life through Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services.

About the Role

You will utilise your specialist knowledge and skills to minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services.

  • Utilise your expertise to support people return to fulfilling employment
  • Make a positive impact for individuals with psychological injuries at work or personal challenges
  • Apply clinical expertise to facilitate clients' journey back to work and life via Insurance Schemes, Employment Services, and Disability Employment Services
  • Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
  • Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
  • Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
