Key Responsibilities

Safely manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims across NSW, collaborating with members and key stakeholders to support injured workers in returning to work.

Strategically develop and implement effective return-to-work plans, addressing the needs of each claimant and their employer. Regularly communicate with all parties involved, ensuring timely progress updates and resolutions.

Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards in managing claims. Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in case management or a related field, with a focus on worker's compensation and return-to-work initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and healthcare professionals.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
