- Mark assessments accurately and keep track of student progress throughout their training.
- Maintain accurate, timely records and support learners through online sessions.
- Participate in professional development to stay current with industry best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment that reflects our Code of Conduct.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Clinical skills relating to pathology and clinical measurements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and time management skills.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong computer skills and a commitment to delivering quality training.
