We are a registered training organisation in the health industry who are committed to providing high quality training courses in accessible, supportive and flexible learning environments Australia wide. We are seeking highly motivated, supportive and passionate Trainers/Assessors to join our team. We offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to make a difference in the lives of our students studying pathology, health, community services and primary health care.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct assessment marking in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Monitor and support student progress throughout their training program
- Maintain accurate and timely student records and assessment documentation
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training and assessment services
- Deliver zoom support sessions to distance-based students
- Contribute to the pursuit of excellence through promoting and maintaining team spirit and abiding by the HIT Code of Conduct and implement all administrative policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122or equivalent) or willingness to obtain
- Current qualifications and/or experience in community services, health and/or primary health care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A commitment to quality training and assessment services
- High level of administration, computer and organisational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aspley, QLD 4034: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
