Operations Director Role

Key Responsibilities:- Manage campus directors across up to 10 campuses in the Northern Beaches, focusing on operational excellence and team growth.
- Oversee occupancy, family experience, safety, and compliance, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Drive commercial outcomes by optimising revenue, managing costs, and achieving targets.
- Act as a conduit between campus teams and central support functions, facilitating strategy implementation and project execution.
- An experienced operations leader with a track record of success in multi-site management.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to understand and influence business performance.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and early learning compliance standards.
- The ability to coach, mentor, and develop leaders, tailoring your approach to different individuals and contexts.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills, with a collaborative and supportive style.
