Job Title: Operations Director

About the Role:

The Operations Director will oversee production planning, logistics, OH&S, and process for our business. This is a key leadership role that requires strong understanding of production planning, logistics, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage entire production, operations & logistics for our business.
  • Lead and transform a tenured and product quality focused team across brands.
  • Work closely with sales team to ensure customer expectations and deliveries are met.
  • Oversee Freight & Logistics Manager to ensure efficient and cost-controlled supply chain.
  • Manage Assistant Buyer to ensure stock ordered to forecast, budget, and requirement.
  • Coordinate shipping of orders and oversee coordination of packaging and stock transfers between sites.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of perishable food experience.
  • Strong safety mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate to advanced Excel skills.
