Job Title: Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the business, including strategic planning, budgeting, and personnel management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in managing teams, budgets, and resources. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and negotiate effectively.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Collaborating with senior management to ensure seamless execution of events and daily operations
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities for growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in operations management, coupled with strong business acumen
  • Full working rights in Australia, specifically as a Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • National NSW RSA & RCG certificate
  • Extensive knowledge of TAB and gaming operations
