**Dementia Program Manager Position**

Description:

The Dementia Program Manager will lead the implementation of a comprehensive program to support carers of individuals living with dementia. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to develop and deliver a coaching approach that empowers carers to provide high-quality care while maintaining their own wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications in aged care or dementia practice, as well as experience in service development, planning, and reporting. They will also possess strong communication skills, organisational abilities, and a willingness to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
