About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity as a Sales and Customer Service Representative, internally referred to as a Local Community Liaison, in our retail store. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bringing Medibank products and services to your local community. When a customer engages with us, you are encouraged to show individual accountability and responsibility for supporting them end-to-end with outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-store, phone, and community outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

- Stay up-to-date with Medibank products and services, providing accurate information to customers.
