Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Part Time Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service and advice to customers to uncover their individual needs and match them with great solutions.
  • Share knowledge about our services and the latest gadgets we have on offer to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a unique, memorable experience to our customers.
  • Be receptive to different personalities and use varied approaches in interactions with people.
  • Go above and beyond to meet customer needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident, knowledgeable, and resilient. You will also need to show natural enthusiasm for working with people and be able to deliver a unique, memorable experience to our customers every time they enter our store.
