Client Service Excellence Manager

This role is focused on ensuring effective service delivery and governance across Client Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive service strategy
  • Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality of helpdesk and support processes
  • Manage project financials, including budget forecasting and P&L for a portfolio of clients
  • Coordinate resourcing, tracking, and managing activities and deliverables to achieve desired outcomes
  • Oversee contract operations and financial performance, ensuring services meet client and supplier contract obligations within SLA and drive ongoing service optimization
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define the product vision and with the Enterprise Architect to ensure alignment with technical and business strategies
  • Organize, equip, and assess the team's readiness to support business goals, identifying gaps and building plans accordingly
  • Support the Sales team in developing product specifications and quote activities
  • Maintain strong client relationships, improve client satisfaction, and align the service strategy with client needs
  • Coach and motivate service delivery managers and staff to enhance performance and end-user satisfaction
