Customer Success Manager II Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager II to take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.

This role will involve hands-on account management activities, collaborating with other team members to coordinate successful customer onboarding, training, and ongoing customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

  • Renee and grow a set of customer accounts by proactively anticipating needs, recommending additional products and services, and providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Increase overall client satisfaction through Net Promoter Score.
  • Provide a seamless and best-in-class customer experience across all phases of the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate internally to be the voice of the customer across other departments.

The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, gain insights, or deliver more personalized customer engagement. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, are essential. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities and a natural curiosity around client business needs are highly valued.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with AI-powered solutions to drive customer success.
  • Strong direct client relationship building and retention skills.
  • Some experience in enterprise-level account management (preferably in SaaS) is desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business outcomes.
