We are seeking a seasoned expert to spearhead our manufacturing support operations. This critical role requires an individual with extensive experience in maintaining efficient and productive engineering support to manufacturing and repair areas.

Job Description:

This position entails providing the first point of contact for manufacturing & repair on yield, quality, and throughput issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex manufacturing, quality, and compliance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing solutions to identified manufacturing & repair problems
  • Supporting NPI activities and ensuring a smooth transition into production
  • Analyzing failures and challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions for yield and quality improvement
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve manufacturing challenges
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in a highly regulated GMP manufacturing environment
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical, or Manufacturing qualification
  • Experience working within a Quality Management System is highly desirable
  • Experience with production management systems
  • Design of Experiments (DOE) and process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
  • Risk management and process flow design
  • Exposure to a regulated environment working within a QMS framework
  • Strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
