- Coordinate activities across teams to meet defined objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the team's approach to managing business and technical risks, applying governance principles to identify, communicate, and reduce such risks.
The Cloud Solution Architect Manager supports the team in delivering efficient services and a consistent customer experience.
- Use customer and partner feedback to understand success conditions.
- Address customer risks and challenges, handle confidence calls, and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, value realization, and adoption of cloud solutions.
The Cloud Solution Architect Manager identifies gaps during delivery, communicates findings to stakeholders, and supports scalable improvements.
- Provide subject matter expertise and contribute to global internal communities.
- Advise the team on industry best practices and represent solutions through presentations and community engagement.
The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. Additionally, they should have 3+ years of people management experience managing consultant practice managers, technical sales managers, and/or technical architect managers.
