Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a portfolio of Digital, Data, and Technology initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a member-centric digital transformation roadmap.
  • Enhance data capability and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Ensure secure, scalable infrastructure and seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in senior IT leadership roles and demonstrated capability to operationalise strategy.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (Microsoft Azure), enterprise systems, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
  • Experience in data governance, analytics, and digital strategy.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Experience in education or service-oriented environments is highly desirable.
