The Role This position is a key leadership role to ensure that Incolink grows strategically, to meet the demands of an expanding industry, and continue to be the largest fund with the most comprehensive product suite and most robustly managed and governed fund in the country.
This role will assist the CEO to: - Develop and implement strategic initiatives, in conjunction with the CEO, to oversight Incolink's expansion.
- Ensure strategic plans align with the organisation's core purpose, vision and values.
- Develop and enforce underpinning standards for Incolink service, and accountability mechanisms.
- Build relationships with employer members and stakeholder representatives across the country.
- Develop and oversight employer services offerings.
- Align Incolink's insurance offer with the contemporary needs of the business.
- Project manage the development of a fully integrated Membership Administration system and CRM.
- Develop high-impact presentations for external and internal audiences, clearly communicating Incolink's strategic roadmap.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and ensure Incolink uses a structured, strategic mindset to remain the Industry leader with maximum impact.
- Ensure strategic projects are prioritised across the organisation to maximise business value.
Tasks & responsibilities · Assist with development of a new strategic plan for Incolink.
· Formulate policy as requested by the CEO.
· Participate in special projects of strategic importance to the organisation.
· Provide mentoring to junior staff.
· Oversee the planning and structuring of the annual strategy planning offsite with Board and Executive.
· Working with the CEO, and executive team to prepare and present submissions to government when required.
· Adopt a continuous improvement approach across the organisation by monitoring and reviewing activities and, where appropriate, propose and implement approved change to maximize process efficiencies and cost savings.
· Adhere to budget expectations and support the broader budget planning process of the organisation.
· Work within existing budgets, and those annexed for strategic change, in order to deliver key accountabilities.
· Identify savings where possible, for re-investment in strategic objectives.
· Project manage the development of a new fit for purpose IT and administration systems.
