We are seeking a highly skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The successful candidate will support a registered nurse in the provision of person and family centred, quality, safe patient care.
This care will be evidenced by educational preparation, adhering to relevant legislation and context of care.
About You- Contemporary clinical knowledge and experience in general medical and surgical nursing or a passion to learn and work with medical and surgical patient groups.
- High level of communication skills and ability to escalate issues to a Registered Nurse or Registered Midwife.
- Consistent delivery of high level services to patients, parents, caregivers and families, demonstrating rapport building skills, listening skills and empathy.
- Self-management skills, displaying flexibility and adapting to unexpected change.
- Respect for the unique and diverse needs of patients, families and people delivering quality, safe patient centred care.
- Knowledge of and a demonstrated commitment to quality processes and evidence based practices.
- Honesty, integrity and respect for all patients, carers and staff.
- Current vaccination against certain vaccine preventable diseases as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
