Our new coffee roastery is completed and we have new positions available. We have expanded our business Rush Roasting Co and on the look out for All Rounders and/or Barista to join our team. We have two busy cafes located in the regional Southern Highlands and we roast our own coffee for retail and wholesale customers with our third location now up and going at THE ROASTERY

Ideally you would need to be passionate about coffee, able to work in a fast paced environment and enjoy building relationships with our loyal customers.

We are looking for people who crave to work in a team environment, are open minded to new ideas & change and who are willing to give our customers the best value experience.

You will need to be well presented, punctual, enthusiastic and most of all a team player.

On this occasion barista experience is not necessary. We have the most experienced crew in the Highlands ready to share their experience and knowledge.

If you are currently in the industry and love your job, BUT DON'T WANT TO WORK SUNDAY, then your confidentiality is assured.

We are open to Visa applicants and discuss Permanent Residency Sponsorship requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
