About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for processing and paying vendor invoices, arranging payment runs, reconciling creditors' accounts, and attending to internal and external enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The processing of all incoming supplier invoices and reimbursements
  • Arranging scheduled Payment runs and Ad-hoc payments
  • Reconciliation of creditors' accounts
  • Attending to internal and external enquiries regarding accounts
  • Assisting Accountant with daily and month-end processing, reconciliation, and reporting as required
