**About the role**:
As a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) and or Diploma qualified educator, this leadership role is in a nurturing and innovative childcare environment. This wonderful early years' service is excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Educational Leader to join their team.

This position would suit someone with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the Centre for children, families and educators.

You will be working closely with the Centre manager and will become part of the leadership team as you lead the curriculum for a 71-place service.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- **Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent (ECT qualified) and/or Diploma in Early Childhood education and care.**:

- **Demonstrated experience in a leadership or Educational Leader position.**:

- **Thorough knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).**:

- **Excellent communication, organizational, and mentoring skills.**:

- **Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.**:

- **Working With Children's Check**
