Early Childhood Education Role

This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment with access to resources and guidance from experienced leadership teams.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Educational Leader to develop curriculum suitable for children's needs and interests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effective implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and supporting the learning journey of children in their designated room.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of the EYLF curriculum tailored to meet the needs and interests of children in care
  • Collaboration with colleagues to provide professional support and development opportunities
  • Excellent organizational skills and concise record management
  • Demonstrated understanding of National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting, and Workplace Health and Safety issues and practices

Requirements for this role include:

  • Qualification in Early Childhood Teaching as recognized by the Australian Children's Education and Care Authority (mandatory)
  • OR approved Diploma level qualification in Children's Services as identified by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority
  • NSW accredited Teacher
  • Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training
  • Working with Children Check verification number
