**Educational Leader / 2IC - Liverpool**

We have a brilliant opportunity for an **Educational Leader/2IC** to join this stunning boutique Centre in **Liverpool**

This **34 place centre** have a fantastic, supportive, and welcoming team that are dedicated to providing a holistic learning environment and warm community feel.

**Offering**:

- $40 per hour + allowances
- 6 weeks annual leave
- Dedicated off the floor time
- Supportive management with opportunities for progression and professional development
- On-site parking
- Full-time, permanent employment

**Successful applicants will have**:

- ECT qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent
- Valid Working with Children Check
- An excellent understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Experience in curriculum implementation and translation of EYLF to learning outcomes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great mentoring and leadership skills
- A passion for providing high-quality childcare and education
- Right to Work in Australia without restriction
- Ideally, 6 months experience as an Educational Leader/2IC, or in a similar position
