Job Opportunity:

About the Role

We are seeking a multi-skilled events professional to join our team as an Exhibition Coordinator.

This role requires strong planning, time management and interpersonal communication skills to coordinate event logistics from planning through to execution.

  • Liaising with clients, exhibitors, and contractors
  • Providing operational support during exhibition bump in/out
  • Supporting the planning of internal events

This role is primarily office-based but requires physical fitness and flexibility to work outside standard hours during event setups and pack downs.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

  • A passion for the events industry, combined with reliability, energy, and professionalism

A Diploma or Degree in Event Management will be highly regarded.
