Exhibition Planning Services Role

As a casual Exhibitions Coordinator, you will play a key role in the exhibition planning services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled events professional with strong planning, time management, and interpersonal communication skills.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinating event logistics from planning through to execution
  • Liaising with clients, exhibitors, and contractors
  • Providing operational support during exhibition bump in/out
  • Supporting the planning of internal AVM events, including Cellar Door Fest

Requirements:
  • Strong planning and time management abilities, ensuring every detail is accounted for
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • A client-first attitude and a calm approach under pressure
  • Problem-solving skills and a hands-on mentality to adapt to changing needs
  • A self-starter mindset, able to work independently while contributing to a team
  • A passion for the events industry, combined with reliability, energy, and professionalism
  • A Diploma or Degree in Event Management (or relevant experience)
