Conference Coordinator

This role involves overseeing the operational aspects of conferences, focusing on exhibit management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the logistical delivery of exhibitor elements across multiple events.
  • Coordinate the development and maintenance of exhibit floor plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor conference finances with direct responsibility for all costs associated with exhibitor fulfillment and delivery.
  • Attend conferences as the onsite lead for in-person and virtual exhibit delivery.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience in Event Management, Experiential Marketing, Event Marketing and/or Tradeshow Management.
  • Proven operational skills including production schedules, budget management and event staffing.
  • Experience in managing agency and vendor partners.
  • Strong project management skills for detailed programs with multiple variables and dependencies.
