Strong partnerships are crucial to achieving this vision.

This 12-month parental leave cover role involves:

  • Developing in-depth expertise in philanthropic and impact investment approaches that support women's economic empowerment.
  • Leading the execution of strategic partnerships and initiatives that increase capital and resources allocated to women entrepreneurs.
  • Establishing trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including civil society organisations, social enterprises, and impact investors.
  • Building connections with influential businesses, banks, and investors to promote financial inclusion, equality, and decent work conditions.
  • Collaborating with the Advocacy and Engagement function to advocate for policy reform that supports economic empowerment for women in Australia and select countries.
  • Working closely with the Impact Investing team to implement the Equal Economic Opportunity impact investment strategy.

For this role, you will require a minimum of ten years of professional experience, including experience developing, delivering, or managing strategies to promote gender equality and/or economic empowerment.
