Job Title: Senior Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced senior manager to lead our transformation efforts in sales and customer operations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading ongoing and long-term delivery and optimisation of the customer experience across sales and customer operations.
  • Prioritising and delivering initiatives through management of the team roadmap to drive improved customer outcomes.
  • Selecting, delivering, and optimising platforms across sales and customer operations.

You will have a strong background in operations or contact centre management, with a proven track record of delivering projects and improving business processes. You will also have excellent leadership and collaboration skills, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams.
