The Division delivers disaster recovery funding programs, overseeing joint State and Commonwealth arrangements and resilience projects.

The Program Office monitors program delivery, analyzes performance, and seeks business intelligence to ensure benchmarks and reconstruction costs remain on track.

We are seeking a Project Delivery Specialist to track and oversee the delivery of DRF-funded projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project progress and verify applicant monthly progress and payment claims in accordance with governance requirements.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all reporting obligations, including Quarterly Reports and Acquittal Reports.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting requests from the National Emergency Management Agency.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as the key liaison between project stakeholders, including internal teams, funding recipients, and external agencies.
  • Establish and maintain a system for tracking project performance, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Represent QRA at stakeholder meetings and events.
