Disaster Recovery Project Planner

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled project planner to monitor the performance of disaster recovery projects with the Queensland Reconstruction Authority.

Bellwether Contractors provide project management and support services to clients across Australia. Our team members come from major infrastructure backgrounds, bringing hands-on experience in planning and delivering large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing, producing, analyzing and monitoring portfolio and program schedule performance
  • Documenting and embedding appropriate scheduling processes to ensure governance, data quality, accuracy and integrity are maintained
  • Working with stakeholders to maintain up-to-date data in Primavera P6
  • Collaborating with Program Managers on schedule performance and attending regular meetings as required

This is a 12-month contract with potential extensions, offering flexible remote working options.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
