A fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic disaster recovery environment.

The position is available for an initial term of one year with the possibility of extension and will be based predominantly on-site. As a Portfolio Scheduler, you will be responsible for evaluating natural disaster resilience and recovery programs including projects related to civil roads and infrastructure.

Within the Operations Team - Program Delivery Office, you will develop, produce, analyze, and monitor portfolio and program schedule performance. You will also undertake the end-to-end schedule process for Executive Briefings and Operations Board Reports cycles and frequencies.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and sustaining appropriate portfolio scheduling processes to ensure governance of reporting, data quality, accuracy, and integrity
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to maintain up-to-date data in Primavera P6

Applicants should have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience working in a similar role under federal or state government funding arrangements in a disaster management infrastructure environment.
