We are looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our newly formed Realtime Analytics Platform Team. This team is responsible for developing an internal platform capability that enables all product teams across Culture Amp to build excellent analytics and reporting products.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience with infrastructure-as-code; Terraform is essential, CDKTF and Typescript are ideal.
  • Experience in cloud environments; AWS preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with operational practices and systems (e.g. Observability, Security, CI/CD, Configuration management, etc.)
  • Previous experience with data systems and platforms is a big plus (we're building on Clickhouse, knowledge of warehouses and pipelines will be helpful.)

This role involves designing, building, and managing the infrastructure for our realtime analytics platform, ensuring it is reliable, secure, and performant. The successful candidate will collaborate regularly with customers of the platform to understand their needs and design suitable solutions.
